My preference would be for the text blocks to be centered vertically, but that's not straightforward for IE7. Fortunately there are currently no examples of tips having only 1 or 2 lines of text.
This is an info tip with only one line of text.
This is an example with enough content to word-wrap and produce two lines.
This is a word-wrapping example with more text than will fit on just two lines. One must include more text for this to happen.
